CareLink

Cause: For over 50 years, CareLink has remained compassionately committed to providing individualized and effective care to adults with mental illness. They use innovative programming and hire qualified, supportive staff  to empower clients on their self-determined path to recovery.

In partnership with HMC, CareLink recently reinvigorated its branding, vision, and mission. An Environmental Scan and Mission Workshop were completed along with significant rebranding work and milestones, including the creation of a new logo, tagline, and mission statement.  By examining key communication challenges and creating new ways to engage both internal and external stakeholders, HMC is helping CareLink create a vibrant culture of communication.
