When you’ve got a dedicated Board of Directors, the world is your oyster! But when Board members are unmotivated, unresponsive, or downright unmanageable, it can feel like you’re drowning in a sea of troubles. It doesn’t have to be this way!
During this robust panel presentation, we’ll discuss how recruit the right Board members, motivate existing ones, and empower your Board Chair to be your organization’s #1 advocate.
